InspectionGo welcomes Danielle Longo, call center director, to the leadership team while preparing for the creation of many local jobs.

Longo, an Altoona native, will be returning to her Blair County roots after a decade of leading and building call centers in the Pittsburgh area. She will be directing InspectionGo’s call center at their Tyrone headquarters.

Longo brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience that will benefit both the call center and the surrounding community.  After graduating from Penn State Altoona in 2009, Longo moved to Pittsburgh and began her first call center job at EDMC where she quickly moved up to enrollment manager. She then led call center operations at CVS and UPMC Health Plan, where she ran and built up call centers for both UPMC and their pharmacy.

“I’ve been able to start call centers from the ground up, as well as change them to get them where they need to be,” says Longo. “All of my experience has prepared me for this position with InspectionGo, and I’m glad it led me here.”

The creation and fulfillment of this position reflects InspectionGo’s investment in the future of their call center. With their sights set on rapid expansion of both their team and their range of services for home inspection companies nationwide, Longo bolsters their leadership with deep experience with expanding call center operations. Her proven, creative approach will focus on infrastructure, metrics, and goal setting within the call center.

InspectionGo provides technology and services within the home inspection industry.  InspectonGo’s call center provides inspection booking services on behalf of home inspection companies, increasing the quality and breadth of services available to consumers during one of the most important transactions of their lives. Real estate agents and consumers in need of a home inspection, generally in the course of a home purchase transaction, connect directly to the InspectionGo team to schedule inspections and related services, including radon testing, mold testing, lead paint testing, water quality testing, and more.

InspectionGo plans on hosting a career fair in the coming weeks in search of customer service representatives for the call center. The career fair will be held in alignment with social distancing guidelines.

The call center at InspectionGo offers both a personally and financially rewarding career for individuals in the greater Blair County area. “You have the potential to make a lot of money in commission if you’re a driven individual, and since we’re growing so quickly, there are going to be a lot of opportunities over the next year for promotions,” says Longo.

The career fair will be held at the Bull Pen in Tyrone on August 28. Interested candidates can contact Christian Getz at c.getz@inspectiongo.com for more details and to RSVP.

The InspectionGo team is thrilled to not only welcome Danielle to InspectionGo, but also back home. Dani, along with the rest of the InspectionGo team, is looking forward to meeting interested candidates at the career fair!
